Very clean and I am incredibly picky. Kind and attentive staff. AWESOME location, near lots of quality food choices, a little bit of shopping a CVS, landmarks, science museum, library, Pratt Street, etc.
We stayed at the Marriott Courtyard for my son's wedding. The rooms were modern and clean. The day time staff could not have been more accommodating. Unfortunately the night time manager, was awful. He was confrontational with the guest and caused issues each night of our stay across the multiple wedding parties booked for the weekend.
Stayed here last minute due to a third shift schedule change. I was hoping for a comfortable bed, a quiet bed, and good accommodations. I had it all. Despite a last minute reservation, there was no issue getting a room. Service was prompt, and the conveniences were nice. I wish I had more time. A gas fireplace complemented the patio, the lounge and dining area was comfortable, and had good beverage and food options. The room was very clean. Beds super comfortable. Rooms super quiet. I’ve been to many Marriott Courtyard locations across the US and this one stands out.
Stayed at this hotel for a business conference and was pleasantly surprised. Rooms were larger than anticipated, clean and comfortable. The conference space was great, and the facilities staff that kept us hydrated and provided snacks to the conference spaces were fabulous. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again! Hotel was a great value too!
Super clean and very friendly night team. I arrived exhausted from my drive from Savannah without a reservation on a Saturday night. The staff was excellent & the room very clean and quiet! Perfect stop!
Used this hotel for our wedding block 11-08. It was a great choice. We had a shuttle going from here to Saint Clements and had no issues. We also had an After party in one of the event rooms which was also awesome. We were happy we found this hotel and everything from the rooms to staff was amazing.
We reserved a wedding block at Courtyard Cromwell and it was and it was a very easy process. Kayleigh was a pleasure to work with and she was extremely responsive and helpful. Due to our wedding venue failing to meet their construction deadline, we ended up having to cancel the hotel block, but Kayleigh did everything she could to help make the hotel aspect the least stressful part of the wrench were thrown. We did tour the property, however, and the hotel is very clean, beautifully updated, and in a great location. I would highly recommend a stay here!
This review is mostly for the Bistro. The food was surprisingly very good. I had the avocado toast, the breakfast sandwich and the Mediterranean bowl and all of it was very good. And their cafe lattes were very good
